Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Standard U.S. shipping is free and includes a protective sleeve.

Packed to protect vintage felt

Unless otherwise noted in the product listing, pennants are shipped flat in protective packaging, never folded for shipping. We take care to protect the condition of each collectible in transit.

Processing and carrier

Orders are handed to UPS within 1 to 2 business days. All shipments are sent through UPS. Pennants ship flat unless otherwise noted in the product listing.

Order updates and delivery

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Any delivery estimates provided are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays may occur.

Please confirm your shipping address before placing an order. If you need to correct an address, contact us promptly at brian@pennantman.com. We may be unable to change an address after a package has shipped.

Loss or damage in transit, UPS claims

Loss or damage occurring during transit is handled through the UPS claims process. UPS reviews carrier responsibility and determines claim eligibility and payment under its applicable terms, limits and coverage. Filing a claim does not guarantee approval or payment.

If your order appears lost or arrives damaged, contact brian@pennantman.com promptly with your order number and tracking number. For damage, keep the pennant, all packaging and the shipping label. Provide clear photographs of the damaged item, how it was packed, the outside of the package and the shipping label. UPS may require inspection, so do not discard packaging or return the item before receiving instructions.

Pennantman will assist with the UPS claim, including submitting the claim or providing shipper documentation when required. We will communicate claim updates and coordinate any approved carrier payment applicable to your order. Vintage wear disclosed in the listing or shown in the photographs is not shipping damage.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
