Final Sale, Vintage Condition

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and we do not offer refunds for age, wear or condition disclosed in the listing or shown in the photographs.

Our pennants are original vintage collectibles, sold as is in their existing vintage condition. Age and prior use can result in fading, creases, small holes, staining, fraying, print wear or other imperfections. Please carefully review the description and all photographs before purchasing. The pictured pennant is the item you will receive unless a listing expressly states otherwise.

Dates and eras identified as approximate or estimated are our best assessments, not guarantees of a particular production year. Please contact us with questions before placing your order.

Incorrect Items or Listing Errors

If you receive the wrong item or an item materially different from its listing, contact brian@pennantman.com promptly with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution. Do not send an item back without contacting us first.

Shipping Damage, UPS Claims

Damage occurring during transit is handled through the UPS claims process, rather than as a change of mind return. UPS reviews carrier responsibility and determines claim eligibility and payment under its applicable terms, limits and coverage. Filing a claim does not guarantee approval or payment.

Contact us promptly with your order number and tracking number. Keep the pennant, all packaging and the shipping label, and provide photographs of the damage, how the item was packed, the outside of the package and the label. Do not discard packaging or return the item before receiving instructions, as UPS may require inspection.

Pennantman will assist with the UPS claim, including submitting the claim or providing shipper documentation when required. We will communicate claim updates and coordinate any approved carrier payment applicable to your order. See our shipping policy for further details.

This final sale policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
